Our impact
We track every distribution one event at a time. Here's what our volunteers and donors made possible.

Distribution days with partner food banks in 2025
In 2025 we held five distribution days with Community Share Food Bank and North York Harvest Food Bank. Families came to our racks about 385 times and took home 2,161 items of clothing and shoes, worth an estimated $19,400 using our published valuation guide.
In winter we focus on coats, jackets and sweaters. They are bulky and expensive to replace, so a single item can save a family a lot. In spring and summer, families pick up shirts, pants and shoes for growing children.
| Date (2025) | Partner | Items given out | Visits |
|---|---|---|---|
| January 22 & 29 | Community Share Food Bank | 396 | 137 |
| April 30 & May 7 | Community Share Food Bank | 1,157 | About 150 |
| July 11 | North York Harvest Food Bank | 608 | 96 |
Before 2025, our 2024 collection drives with York Region Football Association and at Wynford Heights in North York gathered more than 2,300 items.
In October 2026, a community video about our work spread widely online and NOW Toronto covered From You To Them. Within weeks, more than 40 households arranged to donate clothing and 12 people signed up to volunteer.
To keep up, we rented our first storage unit, set up a sorting system, and started sending official tax receipts automatically. All of it gets us ready for our next distributions this winter.
